James D. Vance, President / Chief Financial Officer

Jim has been employed at CALIFORNIA ELECTRIC COMPANY full-time since 1973. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from John F. Kennedy University. His work experience has included Motor Shop Apprentice, Purchasing Agent, Merchandise Manager, Motor Shop customer service function, and all plant and equipment maintenance. Current additional duties include management of the corporate computer system.

Richard J. Vance, Vice President / Motor Shop and Merchandise Operations

Rick has been employed at CALIFORNIA ELECTRIC COMPANY full-time since 1968. His work experience has included Shop Repairman, Outside Motor Sales, Shop Foreman and Shop Manager. Rick currently focuses his efforts on outside sales, technical consultations, motor repair estimating and serves as the Systems Administrator. Rick is also the Corporate Safety Officer. Rick has been active for the past ten years in the Electrical Apparatus Service Association (E.A.S.A.) and has served two terms as President.
